.A STRONG AND MOIST SYSTEM WILL BRING SIGNIFICANT SNOW AMOUNTS TO
THE WEST CENTRAL AND BOISE MOUNTAINS BEGINNING SUNDAY AND LASTING
INTO SUNDAY NIGHT. ACCUMULATING SNOW ON ROADS...ESPECIALLY ALONG
MOUNTAIN PASSES...WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT.

SUNDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BOISE HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER
ADVISORY FOR SNOW FOR THE WEST-CENTRAL AND BOISE MOUNTAINS...WHICH
IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 11 PM MST SUNDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH
IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* SNOW AMOUNTS...5 TO 9 INCHES BETWEEN 5000-7000 FT MSL AND 9 TO
  13 INCHES ABOVE 7000 FT MSL.

* WINDS...WESTERLY ABOUT 12 MPH OR LESS. STRONGER WINDS ALONG
  RIDGETOPS...WITH GUSTS 25 TO 35 MPH.

* TIMING...SNOWFALL WILL BEGIN EARLY SUNDAY MORNING WITH THE
  HEAVIEST SNOW EXPECTED TO OCCUR SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE ON ALL MOUNTAIN ROADS...CREATING
  A TRAVEL HAZARD. IDAHO HIGHWAYS 55 AND 21 WILL BECOME SNOW-
  COVERED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW
WILL PRIMARILY CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW
COVERED ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE
DRIVING.
