WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 PM MST FRIDAY.

* TIMING...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE EARLY THIS
  MORNING. SNOW WILL BEGIN TO FALL AFTER SUNSET TONIGHT AND WILL
  CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY. SNOW WILL BE MODERATE AT TIMES.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 9 INCHES...WITH THE HIGHER
  AMOUNTS ALONG WESTERN FACING SLOPES.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH
  HIGHER GUSTS WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT
  TIMES.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...30 TO 40 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

* IMPACTS...VERY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES THIS MORNING WILL BE
  DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT OUTDOORS AND UNPREPARED. FROST BITE OR
  HYPOTHERMIA CAN OCCUR QUICKLY IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
  LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW AND GUSTY WINDS TONIGHT WILL CREATE
  PERIODS OF HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR THOSE VENTURING OUTDOORS DUE
  TO LOW VISIBILITIES AND SLICK ROADS.
