National Weather Service Duluth MN

...HEAVY SNOW POSSIBLE SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING...

.A winter storm is forecast to move through the region Sunday
night into Monday night and will bring the potential for heavy
snow to portions of northwest Wisconsin. While there is still some
uncertainty in the axis of heaviest snowfall, confidence in heavy
snow for the watch area remains fairly high. Snow and possibly a
wintry mix is forecast to begin Sunday night with the heaviest
snowfall expected during the day Monday into the evening hours.
The system will lift out of the Northland leaving a period of lake
effect snow for portions of Bayfield, Ashland, and Iron Counties
on Tuesday.
