* ACCUMULATIONS...RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW THIS EVENING...WITH
  ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF AROUND AN INCH EXPECTED
  TONIGHT. LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE EARLY MONDAY
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ARE EXPECTED DUE TO REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS. QUICKLY FALLING
  TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY MORNING WILL LEAD TO ICY CONDITIONS ON
  ROADWAYS AND SIDEWALKS.
