10 AM PST SATURDAY...
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM FRIDAY TO
10 AM PST SATURDAY...

* Snow accumulations...6 to 12 inches above 2000 feet. 1 to 3
  inches above 1500 feet.

* Timing...Snow will begin late Friday morning and continue
  through Friday night. Snow will be moderate to heavy at times
  Friday evening through Friday night.

* Locations in the warning include much of Curry County Coastal
  Mountains.

* Locations in the advisory include...The Sexton Summit to
  Canyon Creek area on Interstate 5, Highway 199 in the Illinois
  Valley including Selma, Cave Junction, Obrien, and Takilma.

* Impacts...Traveling on 199 or Interstate 5 will become
  difficult due to snow on roads...particularly at night. In the
  higher elevations, those working or recreating will see
  dangerous conditions due to snow and low visibilities as well
  as hazardous roads.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

* Travel is strongly discouraged because of dangerous conditions.

* If you must travel, keep tire chains, a flashlight, blankets,
  food, water, medications, and a fully charged phone with you.

* The safest place during a winter storm is indoors.

* A Winter Storm Warning means that severe winter weather is
  imminent and poses a threat to life and property. Take
  protective action now.

  inches above 1500.

* Elevation...Above 1500 feet.

* Timing...Snow will begin late Friday morning and continue
  through Saturday morning. Snowfall rates will become moderate
  to heavy Friday night through Saturday morning.

* Locations include...Higher portions of highway 96 west and
  south of Seiad Valley. Elevations above 1500 feet near Happy
  Camp and Somes Bar. Higher portions of Sawyers Bar Road.

* Impacts...Those traveling, working, or recreating in this area
  will see difficult travel conditions due to snowfall that will
  create slippery, snow covered roads, and reduce visibilities
  to less than a half mile or less, at times.

* Elevation...above 1500 feet.

* Timing...Snow showers will begin late Friday morning and
  continue through Friday night. Snowfall rates will become
  moderate to heavy Friday evening through Friday night.

* Locations include...Interstate 5 area between Sexton Mountain
  Pass and Canyon Creek Pass...Oregon Route 227 near the Jackson
  and Douglas County line...and Rural areas of southern Douglas
  County and northern Jackson County.

* Impacts...Roads will become slippery. Blowing snow will reduce
  visibility.
