.SNOW WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING BEFORE TAPERING OFF BY LATE
AFTERNOON. ANOTHER ONE TO THREE INCHES OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE. IN
ADDITION...WINDS WILL BECOME NORTH AND INCREASE TO 25 TO 35 MPH
WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE AREA.
THESE STRONG WINDS COUPLED WITH SNOW ON THE GROUND AND THE SNOW
THAT CONTINUES TO FALL WILL CREATED NEAR-BLIZZARD CONDITIONS.
