...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT
THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow expected later today through Sunday. Heavy snow
  possible on Sunday. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 14 inches
  are expected for tonight through Saturday evening. Heavy snow
  will develop early Sunday, with 12 to 24 inches of snow likely
  Sunday and Sunday night.

* WHERE...In Washington, South Washington Cascades. In Oregon,
  Northern Oregon Cascades and Cascades in Lane County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening
  to 4 AM PST Sunday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late
  Saturday night through Sunday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult to
  impossible at times, especially on Sunday. Strong gusty on
  Sunday will create near blizzard conditions over the passes,
  with significant blowing and drifting snow, and reduced
  visibilities.
