...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of north central Texas,
including the following areas, Bell, Bosque, Comanche, Cooke,
Coryell, Denton, Eastland, Erath, Hamilton, Hill, Hood, Jack,
Johnson, Lampasas, McLennan, Mills, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker,
Somervell, Stephens, Tarrant, Wise and Young.

The threat for additional rainfall has ended. Therefore, the Flood
Watch is being cancelled. Ongoing flooding from recent heavy
rainfall overnight will continue through the day. Continue to avoid
flooded roads.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and south central
  Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas,
  Collin, Dallas, Ellis, Falls, Fannin, Freestone, Grayson, Hunt,
  Kaufman, Limestone, Navarro and Rockwall. In northeast Texas,
  Anderson, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Leon, Rains and Van
  Zandt. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water
  crossings may become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Moderate rainfall continues with additional rainfall amounts
    up to 1 inch possible through late this morning.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
