OF THE RED RIVER. A CLUSTER OF SHOWERS AND STORMS EXTENDS FROM
NEAR SHERMAN TO COOPER TO SULPHUR SPRINGS AND IS MOVING TO THE
SOUTH AT 15 MPH. BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL AND CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY THESE STORMS. IN ADDITION...WIND
GUSTS TO 40 MPH WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.

ELSEWHERE...SKIES WILL BE PARTLY CLOUDY WITH TEMPERATURES WARMING
INTO THE MID AND UPPER 90S.
