OTHERWISE...IT WILL BE MOSTLY CLOUDY NORTH OF I-30 AND PARTLY
CLOUDY TO THE SOUTH. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM INTO THE MID TO UPPER 90S
THIS AFTERNOON WITH HEAT INDICES IN THE 99 TO 105 DEGREE RANGE.
