A STRONG COLD FRONT HAS MOVED THROUGH NORTH TEXAS THIS MORNING
WITH GUSTY NORTH WINDS AND COLDER TEMPERATURES BEHIND IT. A FEW
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PERSIST GENERALLY SOUTH OF A LAMPASAS TO
HILLSBORO TO PALESTINE LINE. THESE WILL MOVE TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH
AND GRADUALLY SLIDE SOUTH AS THE FRONT MOVES FARTHER SOUTH. BRIEF
MODERATE RAINFALL AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY THIS
ACTIVITY FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.

ELSEWHERE...FARTHER NORTH...CLOUDY SKIES WILL PREVAIL INTO EARLY
AFTERNOON WITH TEMPERATURES GENERALLY IN THE 40S.
