.NOW...
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WERE
ONGOING ALONG THE RED RIVER BEHIND A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT THAT
EXTENDED FROM A GOLDTHWAITE TO GATESVILLE TO MEXIA LINE. A FEW
SHOWERS AND STORMS WERE ALSO ONGOING NEAR THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY
ALONG AND NEAR THE INTERSTATE 20 CORRIDOR. OTHERWISE...TEMPERATURES ACROSS
NORTH AND CENTRAL TEXAS WERE IN THE 70S AND 80S BEHIND THE COLD
FRONT...WHILE TEMPERATURES REMAINED IN THE MID 80S TO MID 90S ELSEWHERE.

THROUGH MID AFTERNOON...ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAY
DEVELOP...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE INTERSTATE 20
CORRIDOR. THE MAIN HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
STRONG GUSTY WINDS...LIGHTNING...AND PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN. OTHERWISE...SKIES SHOULD RANGE FROM FAIR TO MOSTLY CLOUDY.
TEMPERATURES BEHIND THE SOUTHWARD ADVANCING COLD FRONT WILL REMAIN
MILD WITH READINGS IN THE 70S AND 80S. ELSEWHERE...TEMPERATURES
WILL CLIMB THROUGH THE 90S.
