25 TO 30 MPH. THE HEAVIEST RAIN IS OCCURRING ALONG AND EAST OF
I-35. ADDITIONALLY...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND BRIEF REDUCED
VISIBILITIES WILL ACCOMPANY MANY OF THESE STORMS.

ELSEWHERE...EXPECT LIGHT TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY THUNDERSTORMS
