MORNING ACROSS A LARGE PORTION OF NORTH AND CENTRAL TEXAS. AN
EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORM OR TWO CANNOT BE COMPLETELY RULED
OUT...ESPECIALLY TO THE WEST OF INTERSTATE 35. SEVERE WEATHER IS
NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME...BUT BRIEF PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN WILL
BE POSSIBLE. RAINFALL RATES SHOULD AVERAGE BETWEEN ONE QUARTER TO
HALF AN INCH PER HOUR....ESPECIALLY IN EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS.

OTHERWISE...CLOUDY AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE WITH PATCHY
LIGHT DRIZZLE OR PATCHY FOG THROUGH SUNRISE. PATCHY DRIZZLE OR
PATCHY FOG MAY REDUCE VISIBILITY DOWN BELOW 3 MILES IN SOME
LOCATIONS.
