.NOW...
AN AREA OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE OVER AREAS
SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM GOLDTHWAITE TO HILLSBORO TO CANTON. AREAS
OF INTERMITTENT LIGHT RAIN ARE EXPECTED NORTHEAST OF THAT LINE. A
FEW FLAKES OF SNOW OR PELLETS OF SLEET MAY MIX IN WITH THE
RAIN...BUT THESE SHOULD MELT PRETTY QUICKLY DUE TO ABOVE- FREEZING
TEMPERATURES AT THE SURFACE. LARGE AREAS OF PRECIPITATION WILL
DECREASE FROM WEST TO EAST THIS AFTERNOON...BUT SMALL AREAS OF
LIGHT PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING.
