IS SLOW MOVING...LOCALIZED FLOODING MAY OCCUR IN AREAS
EXPERIENCING HEAVY RAINFALL. IN ADDITION...STRONGER STORMS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS.

ELSEWHERE...SKIES WILL REMAIN MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH TEMPERATURES IN
THE MID 70S TO LOW 80S AND EAST WINDS AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
