NORTHEAST AROUND 25 MPH. AMOUNTS SHOULD REMAIN LIGHT THROUGH THE
MORNING HOURS. SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO SPREAD EASTWARD THROUGHOUT THE
MORNING HOURS THOUGH...AND BEGIN TO IMPACT THE REST OF NORTH TEXAS
