...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southeastern
Montague, Wise, Denton, Cooke and western Grayson Counties through
245 AM CDT...

At 202 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Thackerville to Gainesville to Boyd. Movement
was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Denton, Flower Mound, Southlake, Corinth, Gainesville, Highland
Village, Trophy Club, Sanger, Decatur, Bridgeport, Whitesboro, Briar,
Roanoke, Pecan Acres, Krum, Pilot Point, Argyle, Hickory Creek,
Justin, and Double Oak.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
