* WHAT...Temperatures of 33 to 36 will result in frost formation,
  especially for areas to west and south of Middle Mountain.

* WHERE...Upper Hood River Valley.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
