...PATCHY FROST POSSIBLE THIS MORNING...

Clear skies and calm winds have allowed for efficient radiational
cooling across the mountain valleys, dropping temperatures into
the low to mid 30s in the typical mountain valley cold spots.
Patchy frost development is possible in the aforementioned areas
this morning as a result.

Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor
plants may be killed if left uncovered. Take steps to protect
tender plants from the cold.
