AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL PLUNGE INTO THE REGION BEGINNING MONDAY
AFTERNOON BRINGING STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS...VERY COLD
TEMPERATURES... DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS OF 20 BELOW TO 40 BELOW AND
A CHANCE OF SNOW. FRIGID TEMPERATURES WILL BEGIN TO MODIFY
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS UPPER RIDGING BUILDS IN FROM THE WEST.
