THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST
MONTANA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH ACROSS NORTHEAST MONTANA TONIGHT BRINGING
STRONG WIND...COLDER TEMPERATURES AND A CHANCE FOR SNOW. ONLY A
HALF INCH TO 2 INCHES OF NEW SNOW IS EXPECTED WITH THIS
SYSTEM...HOWEVER...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
45 MPH MAY OCCUR BY THIS EVENING. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR
BLOWING SNOW HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR LATE TONIGHT FOR MOST OF
NORTHEAST MONTANA. IN ADDITION...A LAKE WIND ADVISORY FOR FORT
PECK LAKE IS IN EFFECT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

SUNDAY...STRONG WIND AND A CHANCE FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL
CONTINUE. THEREFORE THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY AND THE LAKE WIND
ADVISORY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

ANOTHER WINTER STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED BY MIDWEEK. ACCUMULATING
SNOW IS POSSIBLE WHICH COULD IMPACT TRAVEL PLANS FOR THE
THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY. THERE REMAINS SOME UNCERTAINTY CONCERNING
SNOW AMOUNTS AND TEMPERATURES FOR NOW. CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE
FORECAST.
