...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT FOR ROOKS
COUNTY...

AT 245 PM CDT...COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED THAT FLOODING
FROM LAST NIGHT AND EARLIER THIS MORNING CONTINUED TO RECEDE...WITH
MINIMAL IMPACT CURRENTLY NOTED TO RURAL ROADS IN THE COUNTY.
HOWEVER...IT IS LIKELY THAT VARIOUS SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS
CONTINUE TO RUN NEAR OR SLIGHTLY OVER FLOOD STAGE. THIS INCLUDES THE
BOW CREEK NEAR THE PHILLIPS COUNTY LINE NORTH OF STOCKTON...WHERE AN
AUTOMATED GAUGE REPORTED A STAGE OF 8.1 FEET AT 245 PM
CDT...SLIGHTLY BELOW MINOR FLOOD STAGE OF 9.0 FEET. AT THIS
TIME...THIS GAUGE SITE IS EXPECTED TO CREST AROUND 8.5 FEET AT THIS
LOCATION EARLY THIS EVENING...REMAINING SLIGHTLY BELOW FLOOD STAGE.

THE FLOOD WARNING WILL CONTINUE AT THIS TIME...WITH THE POTENTIAL
FOR FLOODING TO STILL IMPACT THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND RIVERS...ELM
CREEK...PARADISE CREEK... WEBSTER RESERVOIR AREA...SOUTH FORK
SOLOMON RIVER...SPRING CREEK...LOST CREEK...BOXELDER CREEK...AMONG
OTHERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
