THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

IT WILL REMAIN QUITE WINDY OUT OF THE NORTHWEST THROUGH LATE THIS
AFTERNOON...WITH SUSTAINED SPEEDS AVERAGING 25 TO NEAR 40 MPH...AND
GUSTING AS HIGH AS 45 TO AROUND 55 MPH. THE OVERALL-STRONGEST
WINDS WILL FAVOR NEBRASKA PORTIONS OF THE AREA MORE THAN KANSAS.
ALTHOUGH THE EXISTING SNOW PACK IS NOT CONDUCIVE TO EXTENSIVE
BLOWING AND DRIFTING...AT LEAST PATCHY INSTANCES OF SNOW BLOWING
ONTO ROADWAYS IS LIKELY.

THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT...WIND SPEEDS WILL EASE DOWNWARD BUT
STILL REMAIN FAIRLY STRONG...WITH SUSTAINED SPEEDS OF GENERALLY 20
TO 30 MPH AND GUSTS UP TO AROUND 40 MPH. PATCHY BLOWING SNOW
REMAINS POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

MONDAY WILL FEATURE ANOTHER DAY OF STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS...WITH
SUSTAINED SPEEDS AVERAGING 25 TO 35 MPH AND GUSTING UP TO AROUND
45 MPH. AGAIN...AT LEAST PATCHY BLOWING SNOW IS POSSIBLE.
