THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE QUITE WINDY OUT OF THE NORTHWEST...WITH
SUSTAINED SPEEDS AVERAGING 20 TO 30 MPH...AND GUSTS AS HIGH AS 40 TO
50 MPH. THE OVERALL-STRONGEST WINDS SHOULD GENERALLY FAVOR AREAS
NORTHWEST OF A LINE FROM YORK TO HASTINGS NEBRASKA...TO
PHILLIPSBURG KANSAS. ALTHOUGH THE EXISTING SNOW PACK DOES NOT SEEM
VERY CONDUCIVE TO BLOWING AROUND...AT LEAST PATCHY BLOWING SNOW IS
POSSIBLE.

STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 TO 45 MPH
WILL CONTINUE SUNDAY NIGHT...POSSIBLY PRODUCING PATCHY BLOWING
SNOW.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

MONDAY...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 45 MPH
REMAIN IN THE FORECAST ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA. PATCHY BLOWING SNOW
WILL BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY DURING THE FIRST HALF OF THE DAY.
