This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Although much of the Tuesday through Sunday time frame will
feature dry conditions, there are intermittent chances for
thunderstorms within various parts of the outlook area.

Focusing on Tuesday through Wednesday night in more detail, and
starting with Tuesday, all thunderstorm chances are currently
confined to North Central Kansas, mainly south of Highway 36. If
any storms manage to develop Tuesday afternoon along a weak cold
front, there is a small risk they could be strong to severe, with
hail to around quarter size and wind gusts around 60 MPH possible.

Following a break in thunderstorm chances Tuesday evening through
most of the day Wednesday, a halfway decent chance for storms
looks to affect the entire outlook area from late Wednesday
afternoon through Wednesday night, a few of which could be strong
to severe. Large hail and damaging winds would be the primary
hazards.

Periodic thunderstorm chances return for Friday and Saturday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
