THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA
TODAY...BEFORE TAPERING OFF TO AN END THIS EVENING. SNOWFALL
TOTALS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE FORECAST. IN ADDITION TO THE
SNOWFALL...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR
40 MPH AT TIMES MAY RESULT IN DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS. SOME
BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE...AS WILL PERIODS OF
VISIBILITIES DROPPING DOWN TO NEAR ONE MILE. THOSE TRAVELING TODAY
SHOULD USE CAUTION AND ALLOW FOR EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR
DESTINATION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

THE PROBABILITY FOR WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS LOW.
