THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

BY LATER THIS AFTERNOON INTO THIS EVENING...AT LEAST A SLIGHT
CHANCE OF STORMS EXISTS ANYWHERE SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM ST. PAUL
TO BEAVER CITY NEBRASKA. HOWEVER...THE OVERALL MOST LIKELY AREA
FOR STORMS WILL BE SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM YORK TO FRANKLIN
NEBRASKA...AND INCLUDING MOST OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS. ESPECIALLY
LOCATIONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF
SEVERE STORMS...WITH THE PRIMARY HAZARDS BEING HAIL UP TO AROUND
GOLF BALL SIZE...WIND GUSTS OF 60 TO PERHAPS 70 MPH...AND BRIEF
HEAVY RAIN. ALTHOUGH NOT AS LIKELY...PLEASE NOTE THAT A BRIEF
TORNADO OR TWO CANNOT BE COMPLETELY RULED OUT.

THE MAIN WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY FOR POTENTIAL SEVERE STORMS SHOULD
FOCUS BETWEEN 4 PM AND 11 PM. BY MIDNIGHT...THUNDERSTORM CHANCES
SHOULD BE OVER WITH ACROSS THE MAJORITY OF THE OUTLOOK
AREA...ALTHOUGH SOME STRONGER STORMS COULD LINGER LATE INTO THE
NIGHT SOUTH OF A LINE FROM HEBRON NEBRASKA TO PHILLIPSBURG KANSAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

PERIODIC THUNDERSTORM CHANCES RETURN TO THE FORECAST WEDNESDAY
NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.
