...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of west central Texas,
including the following areas, Brown, Callahan, Coke, Coleman,
Concho, Haskell, Jones, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Runnels,
San Saba, Schleicher, Shackelford, Sutton, Taylor, Throckmorton and

The potential of heavy rainfall is no longer expected to pose a
threat. However, many roads across the Heartland will remain flooded
and impassable today as the flood waters slowly recede. Do not
attempt to cross roadways that are flooded. The roadway underneath
may have been damaged or washed away.
