  Southern Madison County in northwestern Arkansas...
  Northeastern Franklin County in west central Arkansas...

* Until 345 AM CDT.

* At 306 AM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located 5 miles west of
  Cass, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.
