.DISCUSSION...Winds are forecast to become easterly by Wednesday
morning, then eventually northeast by later afternoon or evening.
We are expecting scattered showers/thundershowers across the
region by afternoon, but very difficult to pinpoint if the burn
site will directly be affected by a shower, as they will be
scattered in nature. That said, it does appear the best chances
will hold off until the afternoon hours.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (50-60 percent). Chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................1 percent increasing to 23 percent in the
                    afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......30 percent.
LAL.................1 until 1300, then 2 until 1600, then 3.
Max temperature.....Around 65.
Min humidity........46 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northeast winds 9 to 13 mph. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms early in the
