...Rain and Snow mix expected over the Eastern Interior on Tuesday...

Another band of rain and snow will develop over the Eastern
Interior Tuesday morning and continue through the Tuesday
evening. This will bring 2 to 4 inches of snow to higher
elevations and along the Steese Highway north of Fairbanks. For
valley locations including Fairbanks mostly rain is expected but
there could be a change over to snow Tuesday evening. Little to
no snow accumulation expected in valley locations.
