Current thinking is that winds overnight tonight will allow shelter
temperatures to stay at or above freezing. Any freezing temperatures
outside of the Palmer Divide should remain very brief, therefore we
are canceling the Freeze Watch.

* WHERE...Castle Rock, Parker, Elbert, Elizabeth.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
