.SYNOPSIS...

A cold front will move through the Lower Texas coastal waters this
morning. Strong north winds and building seas will occur behind
the front as high pressure builds south across the area. As a
result, small craft advisories will be in effect for the coastal
waters into tonight. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible
along and behind the front through Monday but will be most
numerous through the evening hours. Onshore flow will begin to
develop by Monday night as high pressure begins moving eastward.
Onshore flow will then increase by Wednesday into Thursday as the
overall pressure gradient tightens.
