...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Clinton, northeastern
Franklin, northeastern Essex, Grand Isle and west central Franklin
Counties through 300 PM EDT...

At 216 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles north of Burke to near Chateaugay to 6
miles west of Merrill to near Debar Mountain. Movement was east at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...NYS Mesonet at Malone gusted to 45 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Plattsburgh, Plattsburgh International Airport, Peru, Beekmantown,
Schuyler Falls, Chazy, Saranac, Mooers, Altona, Champlain, Burke,
Grand Isle, South Alburgh, Alburgh, Alburgh Dunes State Park, North
Hero, Isle La Motte, Merrill, Clayburg, and Malone.

This includes Interstate 87 between mile markers 142 and 175.
