channel out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A weak to moderate onshore flow will continue today and persist
through the remainder of the week. Patchy Sea Fog is expected to
develop this evening and again tomorrow night. Weak to moderate
onshore flow Saturday. An upper level disturbance, cold front, and
copious moisture will contribute to scattered to numerous
showers/thunderstorms Saturday night. The front will move across
the waters Sunday. In response, precipitation will dissipate and
moderate offshore flow will develop. Winds will transition to weak
to moderate onshore areawide by late Monday.
