.DISCUSSION...

Thursday will be mainly sunny and dry once again along with
breezier winds. Afternoon RH values will fall to around 22
percent, although it may trend slightly drier with the stronger
winds. Winds will be from the south-southeast at 6 to 12 mph with
gusts to around 15 mph during the afternoon. Given the good
mixing conditions, smoke dispersal will improve to excellent by
the afternoon. A long duration rain event is expected for Friday
into the weekend with rain becoming likely Friday afternoon with
showers possible Friday morning. Winds Friday will be
southeasterly at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 25 to 30 mph.
