...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN MONROE...NORTHERN DAVIS...WAPELLO AND NORTHEASTERN
APPANOOSE COUNTIES...

At 901 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles southwest of
Ottumwa, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Ottumwa, Eldon, Agency, Blakesburg, Floris, and Lake Wapello State
Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for south central
and southeastern Iowa.

building.
