.DISCUSSION...

Areas of rain and a few thunderstorms will move across south
of I-80 this morning. Then a cold front will sweep across the
area this afternoon, switching the winds to the northwest and
becoming gusty again up to 35 MPH. Humidity values will also drop
into the 30s and 20s behind the front this afternoon. Be wary
for sudden wind gust increases and direction changes around any
passing shower or thunderstorm today!

The Grassland Fire Danger Index -GFDI- does not account for
precipitation that occurs or any snow on the ground. Please
make appropriate adjustments.
