  Counties.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Grand River near Chillicothe.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon to early Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Low-lying cropland floods.
  At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Friday afternoon to a crest of 26.4 feet early Saturday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
