.DISCUSSION...

Upper level low will track from central Minnesota at sunrise to
near Chicago by late today.  Clouds, spotty showers with this system
will be present, then clearing.  A period of gusty north winds
will occur this morning and midday with gusts 30 mph or higher
possible.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (65-75 percent) this morning then
                    becoming mostly sunny (30-40 percent).  Slight
                    chance of a morning shower.
Max temperature.....Around 54.
Min humidity........40-45 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Breezy. North winds 20 to 25 mph decreasing to
                    around 15 mph late in the afternoon.
