.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns from earlier today have diminished with
improving humidity and wind speeds. Expect light to breezy winds
around 10 mph and humidity values recovering above 40 percent in
the southwest to above 80 percent in the northeast. Isolated rain
showers are still possible tonight near the borders with
Saskatchewan and North Dakota.
