...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN PHILLIPS AND
SOUTHEASTERN HARLAN COUNTIES THROUGH 215 PM CDT...

At 127 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Prairie View, or 12 miles northwest of Phillipsburg, moving northeast
at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern
Phillips and southeastern Harlan Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for north central
Kansas...and south central Nebraska.
