...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between
  2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch.
  Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Howard, Harlan, and Kearney Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds
  could bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
