...WARM TEMPERATURES WILL INCREASE RUNOFF FROM SNOW MELT AND
RIVER LEVELS THIS WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT WEEK...

Mostly sunny days and rising temperatures will lead to an increase
in snowmelt from the high mountains over the next few days.
Stream and river flows are expected to significantly rise by
this weekend with some rivers peaking early next week.

The Yampa and Green and Elk Rivers will increase to near bankfull
stage late this weekend and continue to rise early next week. The
Elk River will near flood stage by Monday morning.
