* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  CENTRAL SAN MIGUEL COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN COLORADO...

* UNTIL 745 PM MDT

* AT 446 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY
  AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES MORE THAN ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY
  FALLEN. AN ADDITIONAL HALF INCH TO ONE INCH IS EXPECTED WITHIN THE
  NEXT HOUR.

* FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF CENTRAL SAN MIGUEL
  COUNTY.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES...SPECTACLE
CREEK...BREWSTER CREEK...LOG CORRAL CREEK...GOAT CREEK AND NATURITA
CREEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND
STREAMS...AS WELL AS RANCH AND COUNTRY ROADS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.

TO REPORT FLOODING...HAVE THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY RELAY
YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICE.
