The Flood Advisory is cancelled for
  The Roaring Fork River near Aspen.
* At 07 AM Wednesday the stage was 3.9 feet.
* Bankfull stage is 4.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 5.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river crested below flood stage at 3.9 feet. The
  river will continue to fall to 3.6 feet by Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 5.0 feet...Flooding of lowland areas adjacent to the
  river can be expected in Aspen.
