500 PM MDT FOR WESTERN MOFFAT...NORTHERN UINTAH AND EAST CENTRAL
DAGGETT COUNTIES...

AT 407 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE WEAKENED
AND MOVED OUT OF THE ADVISORY AREA...ALTHOUGH SOME RAIN SHOWERS
PERSIST. RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT TWO INCHES OR MORE OF RAIN HAS
ALREADY FALLEN ON SPOTS.

THIS FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF WESTERN
MOFFAT...NORTHERN UINTAH AND EAST CENTRAL DAGGETT
COUNTIES...ALTHOUGH BROWNS PARK ROAD IN NORTHEAST UTAH MAY BE
AFFECTED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN
AROUND...DONT DROWN.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS.  ADDITIONALLY... COUNTRY ROADS ALONG THE BANKS
OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO
FLOODING.
