...THE SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 PM MDT
WEDNESDAY FOR EASTERN DAGGETT COUNTY...

AT 243 AM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED WIDESPREAD LIGHT TO MODERATE
RAIN MOVING BACK INTO NORTHEAST UTAH AND ACROSS EASTERN DAGGETT
COUNTY. THE RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THIS MORNING WITH
SHOWERS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL BETWEEN ONE HALF AND ONE INCH IS EXPECTED OVER
THE AREA BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON.  THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL RESULT
IN CONTINUED HEAVY RUNOFF AND MINOR FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND
STREAMS.

DIRT OR GRAVEL ROADS LEADING TO THE JARVIE RANCH AREA HAVE BEEN
REPORTEDLY WASHED OUT.  WITH ADDITIONAL RAIN MOVING INTO THIS REGION
TODAY...NO IMPROVEMENT IS EXPECTED. TRAVEL INTO THE ADVISORY AREA
MAY CONTINUE TO BE DIFFICULT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.  ADDITIONALLY...
COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND
OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
