MDT FOR SOUTHWESTERN DELTA COUNTY...

AT 825 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
THUNDERSTORMS HAD MOVED NORTHEAST OF THE ADVISORY AREA. HOWEVER...
RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL INDICATED UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN OVER SOUTHWESTERN DELTA COUNTY. AS A RESULT...STREAMS AND
DRAINAGES WILL CONTINUE TO RUN FAST FOR OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR SO.

THE SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND
DRAINAGES...ESCALANTE CREEK...DRY FORK ESCALANTE CREEK...POINT CREEK
AND BIG DOMINGUEZ CREEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.  ADDITIONALLY...
COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND
OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

TO REPORT FLOODING...HAVE THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY RELAY
YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICE.

A FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS RIVER OR STREAM FLOWS ARE ELEVATED OR PONDING
OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
