LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
MEEKER AND BUFORD.

STORMS WILL PRODUCE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL AND WIND GUSTS OF 30
TO 40 MPH. STREAMS AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES WILL BEGIN TO FLOW.
